offender. We do this by adding a small fee to
each ticket. This fee is determined by the
number of tickets that you process in your court per
month. And this fee covers installation,
support, maintenance and upgrades. This means
that you can get our Court Management System
immediately without the need for budgeting. It
only requires approval by your City Council to
increase your fine schedule by a nominal amount. |

Yes.
No matter which funds your court participates in, we
can calculate your funds. Our software is
specific to the state of Georgia, and can calculate
funds and surcharges for any court in the state with
the simple click of a button. |

What
if the Judge accesses a fine that is not on my fine
schedule? |
|
This is
not an issue. Just enter into the system
whatever amount the Judge assigns to the
offender. When it is time to calculate the funds
and surcharges, the software will take the total
amount assigned by the Judge and determine how much
money needs to be allocated to each fund and surcharge
and also determines the base fine. Even if your
Judge assigns a $132.74 judgement, the software would
determine what the funds and surcharges should
be. |

What
if the state adds a new surcharge? |
|
We are in
close contact with the GSCCCA and are notified of any new
funds and/or surcharges. CSI will add this fund or
surcharge to the software and send an upgrade to
you. We can even send the upgrade to you
electronically if you have access to email. |

Will
this software send tickets to DPS electronically? |
|
Yes.
After each court session, with the click of a button
you can create your electronic file to be sent to DPS. |

The software is Windows based and is very user
friendly. Ther is Help information for every
screen of the system. Training takes only one
day. |
