Note: The first step you need to do is determine in which directory the Court Management System is located on your system or server. Here is how you can find out: RIGHT-CLICK on your Courtware Court Management System icon on your desktop. Select "Properties" from the menu that appears. Click on the tab labeled "shortcut" at the top of the window that appears. You should see a field labeled "Start in:" The path in that field is where the software is located. It should read something like this: C:\csi\cms -or- T:\csi\cms Write down whatever the path is. Now that we know where the software is located, lets download the upgrade file. To download the latest upgrade, RIGHT-CLICK on the link below that reads "Click here for version ?.?.?" Select "Save Target As" from the menu that appears on the screen. It will ask you where you want to save the file. You will want to save the file to the location that you wrote down earlier. Once you have successfully downloaded the file, make sure everyone is logged off the Court Management System. From here, just log onto the software, and the software will start the upgrade process. It will ask you if you would like to backup the software before upgrading. Please allow this to backup. Once the upgrade has completed, you can begin using the software, and allow all other users to log back in. That's it! You have just completed the upgrade process!!
